RETURNS & EXCHANGES-

Our items are made to order, meaning when you place your order we make your items specifically for YOU (doesn't that make you feel special?!) thus eliminating an overstock and waste! And because of that nature, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. BUT if any issues arise please do not hesitate to message us!

TURNAROUND TIME-

Due to the nature of our items being MADE TO ORDER, please expect a 3-7 business day turnaround time (depending on our current order volume). We typically try to have everything out to you within a day or two but everything is made with love by a mama of two little ones so please give grace.

SHIPPING-

Once shipped, we are not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen packages. Lettermail shipping does not include tracking and therefore is the buyers risk. If selected, tracked shipping is available and your tracking number will be sent to you once the package is mailed out. Once shipped most letterman orders take within a week in MB, 1-2 weeks for surrounding provinces and 1-3 weeks for the east and west coasts of Canada. Tracked parcels are typically 3-6 business days and packages heading to the US take 5-14 business days depending on destination. Please contact your local post office regarding any issues after the order has been shipped. Mimi & Mouse cannot be held responsible for any lost or damaged packages and will be up to the customer to file a claim with Canada Post.

LOCAL PICKUP-

Local pickup is an option for those who are able to pickup in Winkler, MB. There is an option at the checkout and we will email you when your order is all ready for pickup!

DISCOUNT CODES-

Any discount codes must be entered at checkout and are not valid on previous purchases. Only one discount code may be used at any time.
